This blanc de noirs champagne from the 2013 harvest is exclusively made from meunier, the emblematic grape of our beautiful terroir in the Marne Valley. Low in sugar (extra raw), it is delicious and delicate.

Characteristics :

Visual aspect: a pale yellow robe, a dense and dynamic effervescence.

Olfactory aspect: a very expressive nose which delivers a wide range of fresh fruits (peach, pear ...).

Taste aspect: a generous mouth on the fruit which evolves towards pastry aromas (brioche).

Tasting tips:

Food and wine pairing ideas: Gambas flambées with rum, Beef carpaccio with pesto, Quail with dried apricots ...

Can be stored for 1 to 2 years, protected from light.

Serve to 7-8 ° C
